Exceptional write up. I am so blessed that this was such a meaningful interview. It seemed like you are tapping into an important social justice issue, which was bringing the reality of being a Black woman in academia as well as the challenges faced when working with in leadership in the helping professions at large.  I hope that this inspires you to take on the mantle and explore some of this further.
